Filter Email Notifications

 
 

Receiving too many email notifications for your team's liking? Here's how you can opt out of automated REACH status updates for comments submitted, service event status changes, and services added to events.

Found in the control panel are checkboxes to opt out of emails for three types of notifications (comments, services, and status). Once a box is checked and the settings are updated, email notifications of the selected type will no longer be delivered to the email address noted in the Email field.

It should be noted that email preferences set by the headquarter/parent location do not supersede those of the child location(s). For example, service events submitted to a child location that is not marked to be opted out of service event comment emails will still receive these email notifications even if the headquarter/parent location has disabled these in the control panel.
