Paul has a BS in Mathematics from Ohio Northern University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.

Ash has 25 years of experience and is a Bachelors in Computer Engineering from Mysore University (India) and an alumni of the Executive Program for Growing Companies, Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Khushwant Jhaj

From hackathon to the launched product, Khush is passionate about each step of a products journey. Khush is our engineering leader with a goal to be a lifelong learner and continue building world-class teams that take on enormous challenges, accomplish amazing things, and have fun doing it. He has extensive experience in developing large-scale distributed intelligence software systems.
Khush has over 25 years of experience. He is a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, BIT Durg (India). In the tradition of great tech leaders (!), he is a dropout in MS from Management Science and Engineering, Stanford University.
Rahul Ghai
COO
Rahul leads the business strategy for REACH. He has an experience of 25 years and in the last few years has been in leadership positions with technology majors. Rahul has owned and scaled P&Ls and has built early-stage businesses multiple times in his career. He has worked extensively as a trusted advisor with CXOs across industry sectors, advising them on human centric problem solving, data centric business paradigms and context appropriate technologies.
Rahul is a Bachelors in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.

Steve brings over a decade of engineering experience in building software systems and leading teams.He is responsible for building and scaling an engineering team that prioritizes customer focus, reliability, and agility.
Steve thrives on getting hands-on and creating a collaborative environment. He has played a pivotal role in spearheading significant technological advancements within the company, particularly our API-first approach, which has helped propel the REACH Exchange towards our goal of becoming the trusted backbone for M&R.
